Our Occupational Hygiene capabilities focus on hazardous materials inspection, identification, coordinating removal and certifying that work areas have been made safe for all personnel. By incorporating laboratory analysis, we will analyse suspected hazardous materials both in building materials and soils.
Occupational Hygiene Services

A risk assessment of any suspected hazardous building materials including; asbestos containing materials, lead based paints, synthetic mineral fibres and polychlorinated biphenyls. Our HazMat Surveys are completed in accordance with SafeWork NSW guidelines and will satisfy your Development Application requirements.

In order to safely remove asbestos containing building materials or asbestos contaminated soil, you will require an asbestos management plan (AMP). The AMP will outline the methods, safety controls, roles & responsibilities and safe disposal requirements to guide your project.

Following the completion of asbestos removal works, you will require an asbestos clearance certificate to document that the removal works have been completed in accordance with SafeWork NSW guidelines and the site is now safe for workers and occupants to return.

To ensure that your site is safe and asbestos removal safety controls are operating as designed. AAMs are analysed by a NATA accredited laboratory.

We are SafeWork NSW accredited Licensed Asbestos Assessors, able to sample, handle and provide documented advice for friable asbestos.
