Environmental Site Investigation is a requirement of all councils as part of the Development Application process.
Our Contaminated Land Management (CLM) team has a wealth of knowledge in completed Phase 1 & Phase 2 Environmental Site Investigations. All environmental mediums including soil, groundwater, ground gas and soil vapour can be sampled in accordance with the highest industry standards to adequately characterise your site.

Sustainable and cost effective waste management is of the highest priority for projects across Australia. Our strategic approach to waste analysis will ensure your project is delivered in a cost effective manner whilst adhering to environmental regulations.
Soil materials will be analysed in accordance with the NSW EPA waste classification guidelines and exemptions. Waste management is a costly process for any project and should be conducted with minimal delays. Our expert team will provide affordable technical solutions with accelerated delivery to ensure your project runs smoothly.

In addition to CLM site investigation, Waratah has the technical expertise to guide the remediation of your site to render it suitable for the intended land use.
We will develop a cost effective and sustainable remediation strategy in the form of a Remedial Action Plan (RAP), guide the remediation process including asbestos removal, underground petroleum storage systems (UPSS) and more. Once your site has been remediated, Waratah will provide a Site Validation Report to assist the final stages of the Development Application and Occupation Certificate.
